FROM WHERE DO YOU OPERATE / SHIP?

Everything you order is being shipped from Romania.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER BEFORE IT’S DISPACHED

Depending on the type of order.

  1. A confirmed paid order takes from 1 to max 5 workdays to shipped.
  2. A PRE-ORDER will have a timeline in the description of the product

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE YOU OFFERING?

There is only one available shipping option that I can offer, the cheapest via the Postal Office that usually take up to 3 weeks to arrive at the destination. I can offer a faster shipping method 3 to 5 days using DHL but the shipping cost will get higher. If you require this, you can always e-mail me before or after placing an order.

IS TRACKING THE ORDER AVAILABLE?

Yes, after the order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Please note that unfortunately not all countries register this tracking no.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No, you do not require an account to complete a purchase. However, if you do make an account, you can save your address and details so you can shop faster in future.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Only payment with PayPal is available.

ARE MY PAYMENTS SECURE?

Yes. The website doesn’t store any card details, or PayPal passwords. The website also uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and it’s the standard technology for keeping an internet connection secure and safeguarding any sensitive data that is being sent between two systems, preventing criminals from reading and modifying any information transferred, including potential personal details.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Returns are not accepted. All sales are final.

WILL I BE REFUNDED THE VALUE OF THE ORDER?

Refund in full is possible only if you are to cancel the order before I ship it. For lost or damaged product that is beyond my control, I am not able to make any refunds.

DO I HAVE TO PAY TAXES AND DUTIES FOR THE ORDER?

Depending on the country international orders may be subject to duties and taxes. I have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be.

I ORDERED A 16″ INSTEAD OF A 12″ FASHION

Unfortunately there is nothing that I can do when this happens. Every product has a detailed description as to what type of Doll/ Body it fits.
